Join us at The Old Theatre in Framlingham for the Suffolk Open Studios Spring Launch Exhibition!

Over six days, we’ll showcase original paintings, ceramics, textiles, photography and prints from more than 50 talented Suffolk artists.

Pop in daily from 10 am to 4 pm to meet exhibitors, pick up your guidebook to plan summer studio visits, and enjoy refreshments from a local café. Admission is free and all are welcome – don’t miss this celebration of our vibrant creative community!

Libby Brooks is an abstract acrylic painter and sculptor whose work celebrates the cycles and systems of life. Raised beside Suffolk woodlands, she’s long been fascinated by traces – bones, fossils, clay pipes – and this curiosity now informs her layered, textured paintings and visceral sculptures.

Working intuitively with unconventional tools, her pieces blur the boundaries between human, nature, and the supernatural.
