Entry Form

Each SOS member (Full, Associate or Student) can enter up to two main items.

  • Individual 2D item (wall hung)  – maximum size (including frame): 100 cm width + height (e.g. 50 x 50cm would be 50 + 50 = 100 or 60 x 40cm would be 60 + 40 = 100)
  • Individual 3D item (free-standing) – footprint no greater than 60cm square.
  • A collection of jewellery counts as one main item. Maximum footprint per collection 60cm square. Maximum number of items per collection 60.
  • A collection of 3D artwork (ceramics, glass etc.) counts as one main item. Maximum footprint per collection 60cm square. Maximum number of items per collection 60.

Please note: “Collection” on the form below refers to a collection of 3D work as described above.

You may enter items for this exhibition from Monday 2nd September 2024 until midnight on Sunday 6th October 2024. Entries received after the 6th October deadline will not be accepted.

An entry fee of £10 is payable for each main artwork submitted. Commission of 10% will be charged on all sales.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to display one of your items due to space constraints that only become apparent during the hang on 16th October, you will receive a refund of the entry fee for that item.

Artist Sales Sheets will be emailed to you on 7th October.
