Suffolk Open Studios Members’ Spring Exhibition, The Old Theatre, Framlingham

All Full, Associate or Student SOS members are eligible to enter work, however, although the Old Theatre, Framlingham is a large gallery, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit everyone’s work into the space available.
You may enter items for this exhibition from Monday 14th April 2025 until midnight on Sunday 18th May 2025. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted. The Exhibition Team reserves the right to close exhibition entries early if it becomes clear that it will be over-subscribed.
The exhibition is not juried (i.e. there is no selection process) but there are strict entry criteria. For full details of entry criteria, please refer to the Conditions of Entry document circulated to members.
An entry fee of £15 is payable for each artist. This should be paid immediately to confirm your entry.
Commission of 10% will be charged on all sales.
If, once your entry has been confirmed, we find that we are unable to display your artwork due to space constraints that only become apparent during the hang on 28th May, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee.

IMPORTANT: It is a good idea to take a screenshot or written note of all information entered into this form, as you will need some of it to complete your Artist Sales Sheet which you will need to fill in and bring with you on Drop-off day (28th October 9.30am-1pm). Artist Sales Sheets will be emailed to all participating artists on Monday 19th May 2025.
