Ceramics: Stoneware fired pots, both useful and decorative. Mostly multi-coloured surfaces on white clay and light glaze. Occasional sculpture and Raku fired individual pieces.
Biography/Details
Prefers working with high fired stoneware and is primarily concerned with both functional and abstract concepts.At present produces a variety of thrown domestic ware and individual hand- built pieces including occasional Raku.
Trained as a sculptor in Hamburg and at Camberwell School of Art and Design London, prior to becoming a teacher and maker of ceramics. Work currently exhibited through Anglian Potters,Suffolk Open Studios and own studio.
